STRENGTH
Our 12-week programs are built to challenge you, break plateaus, and drive real progress. With a structured split of one PUSH day, one PULL day and one FULL-BODY session, we combine hypertrophy and powerlifting methods to help you build lean muscle, increase strength, and master heavy lifts.
Our experienced coaches are by your side every step of the way - teaching you the right techniques, keeping you safe, and setting you up to succeed. Each phase is designed to keep you moving forward - stronger, fitter, and more confident.

KICKBOXING/BOXFIT
Punch, kick and sweat your way to a fitter, stronger you!
Our Boxfit sessions blend Muay Thai and boxing combinations with high-energy conditioning to boost your cardio, strengthen your core, and build full-body power. Not only will you release stress and increase endorphines, but you'll also sharpen your skills, improve coordination, and leave every class feeling unstoppable!

MAT PILATES with Daisy Slaughter
Find balance, strength, and healing through Mat Pilates. Daisy combines total body engagement, core strengthening, flexibility, and the mind-body connection to help you move better and feel empowered. Her classes are energising, restorative, and a whole lot of fun - so you'll always leave feeling stronger inside and out.
